"I was a client of over 5 years. When my rates became really high due to no change in my coverage or major accidents I asked for a review. If course there was nothing they could die it was just what the market is, that is the line I got back. I should have did my own review but that is what happens when you trust a commission agent. My umbrella policy triple without me knowing or my agent calling. No claim was made just greed. I will never go back to this agent."
